Witness Appeal Warlingham |

In the early hours of yesterday morning (Friday, 12th June) officers were called by Surrey Fire & Rescue Service to a barn fire in Warlingham. The fire is believed to have been started deliberately. Fortunately, no one was inside at the time, and no injuries have been reported, but there is significant damage to the structure and the majority of straw bales inside have been destroyed.
We are treating this as suspicious and are appealing to anyone who might have been passing through the area this morning and who might have seen anything suspicious.
Were you in the area around the junctions of Chelsham Road and Greenhill Lane between 5am and 6am yesterday morning (Friday, 12th June)? Do you have any mobile phone, CCTV, dashcam or helmet cam footage that may have captured all or part of this incident? If you have any information that may assist our enquiries, please get in touch quoting PR/45260069482.
